Delete Your Sculpt AI Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Sculpt AI account and the data associated with it. Sculpt AI is published by Sculpt AI Inc. and is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can delete your account directly in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

1. Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Sculpt AI app:

  1. Open the Sculpt AI app and sign in.
  2. Go to your profile and open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account section and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately and you are signed out of the app. This action cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, email support@sculptai.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Sculpt AI account. Include your account email so we can verify your identity.

We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. Before you delete

  • Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through the platform you used to subscribe: the Apple App Store (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions), Google Play (Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions), or our website.
  • Deletion is permanent. Your workout history, nutrition logs, progress photos, and personal records cannot be recovered after deletion.
  • Data synced to Apple Health remains in Apple Health and is managed separately on your device.

4. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:

  • Your account, profile, and login credentials.
  • Workout history, exercise logs, sets, and personal records.
  • Nutrition entries, food logs, custom foods, and custom meals.
  • Body measurements, progress photos, and goals.
  • Custom workouts, gym setups, streaks, and activity history.
  • Reminders, preferences, and app settings.

5. What we may retain

We may retain limited records where required for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as transaction records needed for tax and accounting compliance, and records of the deletion request itself. Any retained records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose. For details, see the data retention section of our Privacy Policy.
